Yesss! My friend played lax here, then moved to cali and played field hockey. She said it was JUST like picking up her lax stick. The only difference is that the ball is on the ground and its a different stick. Try it out! From what I know, most girls who play lax also play field hockey because they’re so similar. Another one of my friends played lax and got a scholarship for field hockey because she played both!
